[Boatanchors] Heathkit power cords

Kind of scary looking. Maybe a cable clamp to hold the whole cord under the
ground terminal? It looks like one or both wires could be pulled off the
terminals easily and flop around and make contact with the chassis or
something else.
You could also pot the pins in some epoxy with them slightly recessed like
the original cord. More work though.
