Absolutely! It looks like the screened part of the panel is 99% there,
so it should be easy enough to get a silkscreen made and repaint it.
Though it won't be original, it'll be restored and better preserved
for the future. Crystals should be easy enough to get made up since he
has the documentation with it, and that mangled tuning knob is common
to a number of sets like the SX-101. Rougher sets have been brought
back from near extinction as we know.
