I decide how much I can and am willing to spend for an eBay item. Then in
the last minute I place my maximum bid.
It seems most of the time I LOSE!
WHO IS BUYING THIS STUFF THAT WAS COSIDERED JUNK 15 YEARS AGO? It is members
