Thats about 2X what they cost new. Mine came attached to the A4.

Oh? Considering that most of the other junk we own and love now sells for 
the original price and up then the HRO-500 is at the low end of the scale. I 
paid $250 for mine with the LF-10, cables, NIB speaker, manuals. and rack 
mounts for both in the early 90's.
Thats about what a nice 1963-64 Impala HT sold for in the early 90's 
also....price one now!

And dont forget to adjust dollars for inflation.
