A part of the problem with the WRL manuals is that Leo would modify, change parts, etc., in the equipment depending on the best deal that he got on parts that week!
I have a Globe Champion 350A that is in the old, 300, 300A, and 350 cabinet that also was not originally marked on the front panel as the 350A. I contacted Leo about this and he said that I definitely had a 350A. It was just that towards the end of the manufacturing run that he had panels and cabinets left over from the original 350 so he just went ahead and used them! The circuitry in my 350A is completely different from the 350 manual and I had to "wing it" when I first acquired the transmitter.

I believe that the WRL manuals were the worst of the lot. I have found so many mistakes in the ones I have had that the first thing I do is verify tube pin numbers from a tube manual against the diagram.
