[Boatanchors] WTB: Miller IF Transformers and Cabinet

I am collecting parts to build a Ted Crosby HBR receiver. Can you do me a favor and check your check box. I'm looking for the following Miller IF transformers: 

(3) Miller 612-M1 
(1) Miller 012-M5 

I would like to find a nice cabinet w/lid for the receiver.
