Wow, I just swapped a NIB JAN 5Z4 for a pair of same 1N2637's. They are 
already at home in one of the HT9's.

2020 components.com has a bunch of them. But their website says RFQ
which probably means expensive. There is one on eBay now BIN $29.99. I
have purchased them on eBay for 1/2 that price.
