[Boatanchors] Tube ID's

While going thru some more boxes of tubes i found the following.
 
Raytheon Type B-H
 
Arcturus 18 or 81, don't know which.  Has a paper sticker on it from Lundberg Radio Service on Van Buren with a phone nr of 9881.  Might be from the "Van Buren " st in Phoenix?  As i don't see an 18 in my old GE tube book it must be an 81.
 
Then there is the GE , 4 pin mounted on what looks like it was a memade socket but then it may have been factory.  Can't tell.  Anyway the tube (it appears to be one anyway) is id'd on the base as "..NGAR Bulb 3AT. 16 X 897" made by GE.  Now i'm not sure of the 3 in 3AT but the AT is correct.  Three very distinct elements standing vertical inside.  Any ideas on this one?
 
Lastly a 112A which i would guess is a 12A?
