Do it the way it was done in the 40's, as many DPDT relays as needed and 
select the one wanted, the others are floating and all need decent HV 
voltage ratings.

You could also use a mess of vacuum relays which might be cheaper than  HV 
open frames

Once coax became available all that stuff went into the trash.
