It's a 1939 according to one of the above with a picture of the page
advertising it for $3.xx.   Perhaps you can find somebody who has a 1939
publication which has the ad in it....Maybe a Quam catalog?  To bad you
can't get a higher resolution readable page but clicking on the picture only
makes it marginally larger.

Looks like they are valuable so you may have something worth quite a bit if
the old ebay listings are correct....???
