[Boatanchors] [Milsurplus] LCR Meter With Useful "L" Ranges?

I would doubt there is anything cheap. Inductors that low usually require
4 terminal measurement as the leads are significant.
There are some antenna analyzers w/ impedance functions that might do it
but I think they are $500ish.
