That was the Navy version of the HQ-120, Larry. Two big tags as I
recall, straddling the band knob or just below?

Perhaps part of an old club station or something related to CD?

I think 60 was standard, though there were gear shift kits to allow
100 wpm and one other speed perhaps?  No idea on the termination
point(s).
