[Boatanchors] One more point 120 vac Variac

I have a large unit that is sold by KRM.  It has a voltage meter on it 
and the scale under the knob is marked VOLTS.  However, as I check it 
with my meter, at 95 the meter reads 110 and so does the my meter across 
the output.  At 110 the meter reads ~120.  This is more like a % scale 
rather than a voltage readout on the scale.  At full scale it is 130 and 
the voltage reads that on both scales.
