Be careful of no name Chinese caps, they look identical to what the 
traveling gypsies bring to hamfests.

I tried a pair of those 500V caps from an outfit in Canada in a TS-830, left 
the covers off, and left the rig on for a few hours. The caps were 
uncomfortably warm at 900V total....my guess is they were not even good 
quality 450V caps.
