BOTH of them are 7-pin miniature based devices!

BOTH of them are in T-5 1/2 envelopes!

They BOTH have filament connections to pins 3 AND 4, but you could use 
pins 4 and 3 also.

Who cares about the rest of that junk inside them?

Swap 'em out - see what happens - when you put the 6BE6 plate voltage on 
the 2nd diode of the 6BF6 (pin 5)...

   :)



Seriously - the 6BF6 cannot be subbed for a 6BE6, and you will likely 
damage the radio if you do this...
