Thanks, Bill. I just recently sent a batch of new printed QSL cards
to a memorial ship for their use.. Tried Media Mail but clerk said
no even though
I said they were similar to postcards but "no advertising involved."
I suppose this is a grey area between "handbills" and "bound matter."
