[Boatanchors] Calculating the number of turns

Use 4-5 times the reactance of the frequency of interest for the number of 
turns or just use one of the several on line calculators. This works with 
any coil...within reason, air wound to toroid. Settle on the closest # of 
turns as its not that critical, especially if an antenna trimmer is used.
