Dug this one out today and fired it up to see what it would do.  Lights up just fine and on the AC scale i can just barely do an zero adjustment .  On the DC side, low voltage, can't do it.  Without some documentation  i'd dead in the water.  This is a really nice meter in a wooden box.  Short side is that it only measures up to 150V and AC or DC only.  Still an attractive piece of test gear.
