[Boatanchors] Receiver drift.

A Google of "VFO stabilizer" comes back with lots of hits. Ive heard nothing 
but good reports of the K4DPK and X-Lock but havent tried them.

The HQ-129X responds well to zener regulation of the LO and BFO plus tossing 
the oscillator trimmers for Johnson submini air variables. Ive also had to 
replace a few fixed caps on some sets.
