That particular one I do not recognize, but in my Novice days in 1954, the  
green FCC truck was frequently seen in our neighborhood. At that time, it 
was a  1953 Chevrolet, fitted with the FCC version of the Hallicrafters 
SX-28, and had  a whip antenna as well as a DF loop on the top. Once it stopped 
at my QTH,  investigating a TVI report from a neighbor. In those days, the 
FCC actually did  things other than sell spectrum. :-) I received a clean bill 
of health after a  couple of simple harmonic measurements. The guy driving 
the vehicle was very  nice and showed me their setup. He stopped by later to 
let me know that the  offender had been found, a Diathermy machine five 
blocks away in a medical  office.
