I wonder what vehicle the taxpayers funded for the FCC mobile unit in 
August? Leather upholstery speaks Cadillac or other high end car! Column 
shift was in all makes by 1940 so thats no ID help. The Halli "h" speaker 
says pre war but......

November shows one of those elusive gray panel options, this time an early 
NC-101X.
