[Boatanchors] Incandescent bulbs

        I wonder what we will do when incandescents are outlawed and we need a dummy 
load?  Dig through the junk box for a good old incandescent?  Solder together a 
mess of resistors also from salvage?  Or maybe, just maybe, we could try the 
"saltwater dummy load" (google it).

In Germany, one clever man relabeled his stock of light bulbs as "heat globes" and sold them 
to the dismay officials.

I hear he prevailed, as a lightbulb radiates 95% of its energy as heat. The 
5% visible light is just an (undesirable) by-product.
