[Mr. and Mrs. Magoo]

Somebody kindly attempted to send me a manual yesterday-a large file of 
about 14 mgb. in response to the problem I have had with a TS-830S. 
Unfortunately, we have dialup and I was not able to retrieve the e-mail-the 
download froze the system and I was forced to have it deleted at the server 
before it arrived.

I'd like to thank whoever was attempting to send that file and to express my 
thanks to him and to everyone else who replied since posting this problem. 
I believe I am well on the way to getting the rig back to normal.
