[Boatanchors] CFLs made in Hungary

We've had a couple of battery powered
emergency lamps that used two tubes, but
the tubes were simply miniature versions
of the two foot and four foot tubes.
As I noted to Steve, I guess I've just lead
either a sheltered or cheap life, since I'd
never seen the Biax based CFLs until checking
the CFLs in the hardware store today.
