[Boatanchors] OT CFLs

I choose the list topics for what they are intended for.

We discuss the things that "impact" our hobby.

Keeping in that vein, I won't get into "soapbox" mentality, and go down 
paths of personal "rants" with regard to politics or environmental leanings.

I wish NO one ill, nor will I go out and pick specific posts and Authors.

I DO however, reserve the right to permanently FILTER the source(s) of such!

There IS a population that SHOULD be MODERATED.

It gets deposited in the "rubbish" or "trash" folder without further ado!

The CFLs DO indeed create significant "hash" in relative "near" 
proximity.  It does NOT have regard for the quality of the receiver either.
