[Boatanchors] OT Another Harbor Freight Bargain

I've been using CFL's since Home Dopey offered them for a few $$'s.
NO problems and that includes the seven (7) high hat fixtures in this 
radio/computer room.......

I'm a DX'er/Contester, there is PLENTY of QRN from all kinds of new 
electronic devices in a suburban environment....but NONE from the CFL's
(or at least none that is louder than the ambient noise)
