I guess they paid off the current corrupt administration down there John.

Many years ago they were on RT 1 in Norwood and the state shut them down for
fleecing customers.

Buyer Beware, a leopard does not change his spots.

Subject: [Boatanchors] OT Another Harbor Freight Bargin

Greetings

In our local paper this morning was a sheet of cupons for Harbor Freight
A.K.A.
"Home of the $2.99 multimeter". One of them was for a 45 watt solar power
"kit"
After the $90.00 off cupon the price is $159.95. You get three 15Watt panels
with some sort of mounting bracket. A box that is some type of (I hope!)
charge
controller that also has several low voltage dc outputs including USB ports
and also a couple of 12 VDC lamps. You need to supply storage batteries (I
have
those) and an inverter ( have those too!) I did yield to temptation. Not a
bad
deal for 45W of solar power. Not sure if it's a regional thing or a special
for
our new store that just opened 1 mile from my office (cheap tools....almost
as
bad as if a surplus house opened nearby) but I thought it was worth
mentioning
here if for nothing better than to bring back the $2.99 multimeter dead
horse.
Yes they had them there too!

Putting on the Nomex suit for the impending buy American flames....
