[Boatanchors] QST article

[D C *Mac* Macdonald]

I read the article.  I found that the calculations
for the belt lengths for the 40 and 30 turn pulleys
a bit strange.
 
My calculations arrived at circumferences of 8.734
and 6.723 inches for those pulleys. Did I mess up?
