While it's only good up to about 100 Watts, the old
Harvey Wells Micro-Z Match was a true balanced line
output tuner. There was NO bandswitching. You had
a choice of either high or low impedance antennas
through manual selection of which banana terminals
you plugged your feedline into. There was an SWR
bridge built in to it (Jones Micro-Match type of
circuitry) and the case was a match for their R-9*
receiver and T-90T transmitter. I have the matcher
and the transmitter and still looking for the power
supply that matches the XMTR (APS-90). I once had
an R-9 and it wasn't all that great. I don't know
if the "A" version was any better.
