[Boatanchors] Hammarlund HQ-129X front panels

There were at least three different style panels that I'm aware of,
Richard. The earliest included some red-orange lettering. Later
versions were all white, with a slightly different script used. There
may be others that I'm not aware of, just going by what I've seen
personally.
