[Boatanchors] part needed for General Radio bridge

I am looking for a binding post for a General Radio 1650-A Impedance Bridge.  
The 'knob' on the binding post is metal and fluted (8 flutes).  The post has a 
stud at the bottom.  The post accepts a banana plug in the top and has a single 
hole in the body for inserting a wire.  I also need the top and bottom black 
plastic insulators that 'insulate' the post (duh!) from the panel.

I have plenty of other style binding posts but I would like to keep this bridge 
original if at all possible.
