[Boatanchors] Inexpensive Scope Probes

Ive had no problem with 200MHz Chinese probes as high as ~150MHz which is as 
high as Ive tested them so far. As with all imports there are good and bad 
suppliers. I suspect that Ebay feedback has caused many bad ones to leave.
