Dave,

I've bought a set of them to use with my Tek 5440.  I've no squawks or 
complaints!

They do indeed have the capacitor adjustment built into the body, and 
come with an insulated tool for making that adjustment.  This allows you 
to go into CAL mode and flatten the square wave nicely.

I've got some older TEK probes, and "really" don't see any significant 
difference.  I was very surprised!

I regularly measure RF with them, and it "checks" out by dial settings 
and mental calculation.  Even using a calculator to back me up.

It was well spent money.

The "purist" crowd may give you grief - but "they" aren't paying the bills!
