Well considering the mil spec quality they may be OK but have you monitored 
the ESR over time?

Ive one bench with mostly 1950-60's lab grade test equipment and the HP 
'lytics in cans are still good but I dont use that gear often or long.

OTOH the 3 original 250uF/450V in my CE-100V also test with low ESR but I 
replaced them as Im not about to chance a failure taking out an unobtanium 
transformer or two. Yes, thats 250uF back in 1959! I wonder what they cost?
