Hi Doug,

It's a pair of 45's in push pull, with s separate power supply.  It's interesting in that the coils nest inside each other.

I'll try to get it scanned in a couple of days.  If you don't get a copy from me by then, remind me.  --- busy time of the year with relatives coming to visit.
