I have a vague recollection that he may have lived in Hawaii.  But he isn't 
in my database so I must never have either bought from or sold to him.

Several people (15+) on various QTH.net lists have been hit with similar 
address thefts.  Some of them I happen to know and some I don't.  The emails 
are generally recognizable from what shows up in the new mail directory, and 
especially as typically two or more will show up around the same time.
