Hi!
Need some help...
I recently shipped an ART-13 Transmitter that we'd had for
some time but never did anything with it. In spite of
packing very well - UPS managed to damage the case. It
appears it took a very hard impact on the end such that the
upper right front handle is shoved to the right such that
the panel the handle is mount to is bent pretty bad. Here
are some pix:

top

front

Since I've never had an ART-13 apart - I'm hoping someone
can tell me whats the best way to fix this - as in what
parts would have to be replaced - or how practical it would
be to try and straighten that aluminum out... If replacing
parts is practical - how available are they - and roughly
what would they cost? It kinda looks like that corner panel
is replaceable without replacing the whole case - but
obviously - I have no real clue.
UPS is willing to pay some reasonable amount (since it was
insured and packed very well) so what would be a
"reasonable" amount? (BTW the guy paid $127.50 for the
radio plus shipping).
Thanks for your input!
