That's like trying to find the four chrome plated brass
screws that
hold the front and back of the D104 head together.

I ordered these from Vibroplex today along with some
other stuff. I have available here several conentional
hardware stores but they all get their supplies from
Tru-Value. Two surplus hardware places, a couple of
industrial specialty hardware houses. I did not try the
surplus or industrial places; too far to drive. The gas
would have cost more than the parts and shipping from
Vibroplex.
My other source for odd hardware, especially small
stuff, is hobby shops. Those specializing in model railroads
generally have all sorts of stuf. I didn't try those either.
I have not tried to take apart a D-104 but it could well
have something really exotic in it.
