[Boatanchors] Some Shaking Going On??

Somebody said they'd rather have earthquakes than tornados.
 
Here in Oklahoma, we usually have extremely timely warnings of
tornados heading our way. I've never heard of anyone being able
to forecast earthquakes. The three I have heard/felt so far this
year sure didn't come with any warnings!
 
We had over an hour of warning of the tornado-bearing system that
eventually collapsed our house around us back on 3 May 1999.
