Mouser will ship by mail.  You just have to ask!  Their "preferred" way to ship is UPS because of the price breaks that UPS gives to high volume shippers.  However, especially for small items, UPS definitely is not the cheapest.

Usually for a small order Digikey is best because unlike Mouser they 
will still ship first class  mail and that is often as little as $2.00
