Nope.....
I've never paid more than $8 for shipping from them Priority mail....cheaper
than FedEx as well.
However....they have started charging sales tax in the amount of the state
where the order was placed.
I called Mouser recently and asked about this and they said a lot of states
are forcing this issue....it started this year I think.
There is some info in the internet about it...

Mouser has expensive shipping. I think that it is about $15 minimum. Try
DigiKey. They tend to charge a more fair price for shipping, but the
selection is slightly smaller for radio hobbiests. They still have an
excellent selection and good prices.

are out of this world. I am looking for a 20 @ 450V and a 50 and 150V. One
is $17 and the other is either $25 or $38 for single quantities. Almost to
expensive to fix and sending them in to Hayseed would run around $30 ea
also. This is for a real nice Gates Modulation Monitor with a pair of nice
big meters on the front, one for reading transmitter on or off frequency
values and the other is for modulation.
