A film chain usually consisted of two either 16 or 35mm film projectors and 
 a dual or single head slide projector. A mirror system reflected the  
projected image onto a TV camera. The projectors were modified for what was  
called a 3 - 2 pulldown so that the image would sync with the TV system. The  
projectors had modified shutters. It was a kluge but it worked. Among several 
 film chain manufacturers were RCA and Dage.
