Subject: [Boatanchors] OT - Searching For A Ham Friend

Thanks to those of you who informed me that my high school friend Roger
Parnow, K8UZK was a SK.

Now can you find this guy?

The other Ham in high school I do not know the call sign of. His name was
Mike Ragan. I am 'not' sure of the spelling of his last name! It was
pronounced like a former President with a first name of Ronald! Perhaps if
one of you can match his last name and do a search on the Internet you might
find his call sign. Assuming he is not SK also!

So far I have outlived all three high school Hams I knew! K8UZJ was only
fifty when he became a SK in 1996. Now Roger, K8UZK in 2008. He would have
been only sixty-one. Since I am pushing sixty-five, that makes me really
old! (LOL!) Considering the alternative, I'll take old!

Thanks -

Duane Fischer, W8DBF - WPE8CXO
