[Boatanchors] RCA Line Monitor (WV-120B) Info Needed

The big problem with these meters is that the movement is undamped. Even  
the slightest variation in voltage causes the pointer to swing like a 
pendulum  and it takes a second or two to settle down. They are virtually useless 
for  field day or any application where there is a  varying heavy load on the 
 leg being measured.
