[Boatanchors] Looking for Heathkit AW-1 Audio Wattmeter part(s)

I am restoring an AW-1 Audio Watt Meter and the selector 
switch (P/N 63-73) has mysteriously disappeared  :-).  
Does anyone have a parts unit from which this switch may 
be cannibalized?

While I'm at it...  My meter cover is badly cracked. Does 
anyone have a meter cover for this instrument? It's a 
200uA squarish meter, about 4.5" X 3.75", Heath 
P/N 407-22 (but it was used in other models, under 
different part numbers. For example, the AV-7 VTVM 
uses the same meter, but with a different scale). Later 
instruments used a trapezoidal meter, whose cover won't 
fit.
