[Boatanchors] Caution:steel-wool shreds and cleaning chassis's

I once sold a TCS rig to a friend in my USNR divsion and he complained about the rig not working.
Seems he had cleaned/shined up  the chassis-plates with steel wool.
I solved the problem by shaking out and removing the steel-wool shreds that were causing short circuits.
