[Boatanchors] Collins MM-1 matching transformer

Would anyone know of a suitable replacement for the small matching 
transformer that is inside this handheld microphone?  I believe that it is 
about 600 ohms to high impedence for the KWM-2 input.

Some said that Heil has such a transformer but I cannot find it on their 
website.
