In a "pinch", you can take some 10 or 8 gauge copper wire and make a tip. After bending it into shape, take a hammer and flatten about 1/2 inch on the end.
I have been purchasing the Radio Shack tips for years and they seem to last as long as those from Weller.
Also, Radio Shack still has 60/40 solder for about $12 a pound with rosin core.

I went to my local Radio Shack store today and was pleasantly surprised to find Weller soldering tips for both the light (8200) and heavy duty (D550) guns. Price for two tips for both guns was slightly less than $2.00.
In the Mouser catalog they are listed at a price of $4.47 for two.
Incidentally, I installed the Radio Shack tips in both of my Weller guns and they seem to work fine.
I just bet that someone is going to say that the Radio Shack tips are inferior.
