[Boatanchors] Riveting in Collins radios

*IF* you "really intend to duplicate these rivets.  Then you have to 
obtain an Arbor Press, and use SOLID Aluminum Rivets.

This is a "manual" method to "Duplicate" what was originally done with 
powered equipment.
