[Boatanchors] Harvey Wells (?) Oddity on the Bay

Looks like a Harvey Wells R-9, but wears
RCA emblem on front panel and manufacturer
label on chassis.

Six-band general coverage rather than
5-band ham only.

Anybody ever see one before?
